1. Shipping Destinations

We currently provide shipping services exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Rate: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

  • Hidden Fees: There are no hidden fees, handling fees, or minimum order values required to qualify for free shipping. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

To set clear expectations, our shipping timeline is divided into handling time and transit time:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (CST - Central Standard Time)

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday). This period is required to verify your order, perform quality checks on the storage bins, and prepare the package at our New Iberia facility.

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the estimated time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package once it leaves our facility.

  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your order within 4 to 7 business days after placement.

(Note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or US national holidays.)

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours.

5. Address Accuracy & Modifications

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you identify an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hoffmastergekas43@outlook.com. We can only update shipping details before the order has been processed.
