Return & Refund Policy

At Emunahinterior, we strive to ensure our storage baskets and bins meet your highest expectations for home organization. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund procedures are outlined below to ensure a transparent and efficient process.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and free from any damage or signs of wear.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility (Remorse/Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Company Responsibility (Defective/Incorrect Item): If the item received is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, Emunahinterior will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.

4. Restocking Fees

Emunahinterior does not charge any restocking fees. (Restocking Fee: $0.00)

5. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization. Follow these steps:

  1. Email our customer support at hoffmastergekas43@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with specific shipping instructions.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our New Iberia facility, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
