A: We specialize exclusively in home organization. Our product line is strictly focused on premium storage baskets and bins designed with a minimalist, modern organic aesthetic.
Q: Are the colors of the storage baskets exactly as they appear on the website?
A: We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor displays and the natural materials used in some of our woven baskets, slight color variations may occur.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship from and what are your shipping areas?
A: All orders are processed and shipped directly from our facility in New Iberia, Louisiana. Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, transit time is generally 3 to 5 business days. You can expect your delivery within 4 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for items that are unused and in their original packaging.
Q: Are there any restocking fees?
A: No. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing ordered by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

A: Emunahinterior is an independent e-commerce brand operating strictly within the United States. While our digital domain utilizes a .uk extension, all business operations, customer support, and fulfillment centers are located at our US address in New Iberia, LA.
